The Moon rules growth, and the timing of when you get your hair styled is as important as the timing of any other activity. Next time you want to get a new ‘do, try these simple rules:
-If you want your hair to grow out quickly, get it done when the Moon is waxing (in other words, after the New Moon but before the Full Moon. The optimum timing is in the first few days after the New Moon. If you want it to grow out more slowly, follow the opposite advice: get a cut while the Moon is waning (after the Full Moon)… again, ideally, in the first few days after the Full Moon.
-Want bigger or thicker hair? Get the cut done when the Moon is in Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces. Want it to get cut and stay that way for a long time? Moon in Scorpio. Aiming for Big Hair? Go with Moon in Leo. Getting a color or chemical treatment? Moon in Aquarius.
